A MAN has been arrested following a crash on the A69 early on Monday morning.
A 27-year-old was arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle whilst unfit after a crash involving a van and a HGV on the A69 eastbound near Haydon Bridge at 7.30am.
Police and emergency services attended, and the road was closed for a short time while the vehicles were recovered.
