AN ACCIDENT involving two cars resulted in a section of the A695 being closed for a spell on Wednesday afternoon.
The accident on the westbound carriageway near the Crawcrook junction at 2.30pm resulted in slow moving traffic while emergency services attended.
The road was reopened around 5pm.
