The extent of a crane fire which closed the B6341 road between Otterburn and Rothbury has been revealed.
The B6341 road will remain closed until the crane is removed.
Motorists are advised to travel along the B6342 Rothbury to Scots Gap road.
Emergency services were called to the road just after 7am on Tuesday due to a crane fire.
