A Cumbrian motorist has been accused in court of driving dangerously and causing oncoming drivers to take evasion action to avoid a collision.
Grzegorz Mostowski, 44, of Winter Tarn, Newby, Carlisle, is alleged to have overtaken a number of vehicles on the A75 road near Crocketford last June when it was unsafe to do so.
The case at Dumfries Sheriff Court has been continued without plea to June 11.
