SHE may have been unsuccessful on reality dating show Blind Date, but there is a happy ending for Hexham student Rebecca Louise Burgon.
The 21-year-old didn’t find love on the Paul O’Grady-hosted show, which was broadcast on Channel 5 on Sunday, but she has since met boyfriend Chris English away from the cameras.
Despite being overlooked for one of the other two contestants, Rebecca had a great time on set.
She said: "I loved every minute of being on Blind Date, and it was such a laugh."
