A CASE against a man accused of five driving offences has been adjourned.
James Dodd (34), of Woodlea Crescent, Hexham, appeared at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court on Monday. He pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, no insurance, and failing to stop after an accident. The offences are alleged to have taken place on October 26 in Newcastle.
However, he pleaded not guilty to driving whilst unfit through drink, and without due care and attention. He was granted unconditional bail until June 10.
