A CASE against a woman accused of driving whilst over the limit has been adjourned until July 4.
Julie Dawn French (61), from The Green, Ponteland, faces one charge of driving when her alcohol level was above the legal limit.
The charge relates to an incident on February 24, when she was stopped on Callerton Lane, Ponteland, and had 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
She was granted unconditional bail, and will reappear at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court on July 4.
