Police tape used to cordon off an incident
A WOMAN charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words with the intent of causing fear or provoking unlawful violence has had her case dismissed.
Madeleine Poskitt (48) of Watling Street, Corbridge, appeared at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court on Friday over an alleged incident on July 7, 2018.
She pleaded not guilty and the case was dismissed. However, she was handed a restraining order relating to the alleged victim.
