A MAN has been fined £293 for failing to give information in relation to the identification of a driver.
David Molyneux (31) of The Rise, Ponteland, appeared at Newcastle Magistrates Court on Thursday, March 7, to make a statutory declaration following a conviction.
His declaration was granted, and he was given four points on his licence, ordered to pay a fine of £293, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.
The case related to an incident in Gateshead on December 12, 2018.
