A Northumberland fire and rescue service appliance.
A LARGE fire broke out in Ponteland on Sunday evening.
Police received a report of a blaze at a flat on Broadway at 8.10pm, with officers attending the scene alongside crews from Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service, who extinguished the fire.
Nobody was believed to be inside the property at the time and enquiries to establish the cause of the fire is ongoing.
