A DRIVER was taken to hospital after a crash on the A69 near Corbridge on Monday morning.
A Northumbria Police spokesman said police received a report at 7:20am of a one-vehicle collision on the A69 westbound near Corbridge.
"Emergency services attended and found a vehicle in the central reservation after it had been in collision with a road sign.
"The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution. Nobody else was injured."
