POLICE are appealing for information following a burglary from a Tyne Valley church.
Officers received a report of a burglary from St Andrews Church in Corbridge at around 6.40pm on December 9.
An offender is believed to have entered the church and taken a handbag, before using a card from the bag to withdraw cash.
The incident is believed to have taken place between 3pm and 5.30pm.
Enquires are ongoing. Anyone who has any information, is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference number 163688W/18.
