Police tape used to cordon off an incident
THE body of a woman was found outside the Derwent Manor Hotel in Allensford on Sunday.
A Northumbria Police spokesman said: "Police received a report from the ambulance service at 5.15am on Sunday, January 6, reporting the death of a woman outside the Derwent Manor Hotel in Allensford."
The death is being treated as unexplained at this time but there is believed to be no third party involvement.
A report is being prepared for the coroner.
