AN EAST Woodburn man will appear at crown court next month accused of child sex offences.
Malcolm Philip Young (58) of East Woodburn appeared at South East Northumberland Magistrates’ Court on Thursday accused of six counts of making an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child, as well as one charge of fraudulently evading a duty, prohibition or restriction in relation to a child sex doll. He did not enter a plea and the case was sent to Newcastle Crown Court, to be heard on Thursday, January 17.
