PLANS for a hotel, a supermarket and 250 parking spaces for Hexham were unveiled on Thursday.
The detailed plans for the former bunker site on Alemouth Road were unveiled during a public consultation meeting at Hexham's Queen’s Hall.
In the draft proposals, put on display by Newcastle-based Summers Inman Construction & Property Consultants, it was revealed that a 69-bed Travelodge hotel was being planned for the site.
Budget supermarked Lidl was penciled in for another premises, while there would also be space for two new restaurants - although no names had been decided for those.
Space for 250 public car parking spaces was also outlined in the plans.
