David Walliams caused a stir in the Tyne Valley on Tuesday as he signed copies of his latest children’s book.
As well as visiting London and Manchester, Walliams included Forum Books, in Corbridge, as a venue to launch The Ice Monster.
There was huge interest in his visit, and tickets for the book signing sold out within two hours of going on sale. It was another coup for Forum following last month’s visit by Michael Palin.
