THE trial of a Hexham woman, charged with racially or religiously aggravated abuse, has been adjourned.
Amanda Longstaff (34), of St John's Road, Hexham, denies three charges of abuse, relating to alleged incidents in June, July, and October, last year, in Hexham.
The case had been listed for trial at North Tyneside Magistrates' Court on Friday.
However, proceedings were adjourned until May 4, when Longstaff, who pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing, will appear at Newcastle Magistrates' Court.
