ROAD diversions were put in place in Catton after a truck collided with a wall on Friday.
Police were called to the scene at 1.30pm after the truck crashed into the wall near Highfield Farms on the B6295 road.
A spokeswoman for Northumbria Police said: “Emergency services attended the scene where it appeared a truck had collided with a dry stone wall and a tree.
“Nobody was believed to have suffered any serious injuries.”
Diversions were put in place while the road was cleared.
