BELL Heather Jim, Lynda Keith, Nick and Jen and families wish to thank everyone who attended Heather's funeral, sent cards and kind messages of condolence. Grateful thanks to Rev Helen Savage for the Service, Co-op Funeral Care Hexham, Rachel Vallans for the catering, Margaret and the ladies of Slaley WI for help with the teas and Gwen Foster for the beautiful flowers. Special thanks to Ellita and wonderful staff from Dene Grange Care Home for the care and support given to Heather and her family. Kind donations have been shared between PDSA, Alzheimer's Society and Slaley Church.
