RIGG Elaine Andrew, Carolyn, Julia and family would like to thank everyone for their cards, kind words, support and flowers after Elaine so sadly lost her short battle with cancer. The retiring collection at the funeral in Saint Mary's Church totalled £2000 and a cheque was presented last week to Newcastle University's cancer research team. Thanks also to Dodds of Hexham. May Elaine rest in peace. Always in our hearts and singing with the angels.
