(LEADGATE, MEDOMSLEY, HAMSTERLEY & EBCHESTER) (PARKING AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2016 (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2017
The Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 & 4 & Pt IV of Sch. 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect being to introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the B6310 Manor Road, Medomsley being:

(a) across the junction with Hunters Close; and(b) across the access of property No. 1 Manor Road. A copy of the draft Order and supporting documentation may be inspected at Consett Library & County Hall, Durham during normal opening hours and via the Council website.

(DURHAM CITY (SOUTH WEST)) (PARKING AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2013 (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2017


The Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 , 4, 32 & 35 and Part IV of Sch. 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to: (1) Extend the existing No Waiting At Any Time restriction on
(a) Briardene from its junction with Margery Lane, on both sides of the road, to a point adjacent to No's 10 & 11 Briardene;
(b) Nevilledale Terr. in a westerly direction on both sides of the road to a point adjacent to No 31 Nevilledale Terr.;

(2) to introduce a No Waiting At Any Time restriction on Nevilledale Terr. from 4 mtrs south of No 30, between the driveways ofNo.s 30-35 and 4 mtrs north of No. 35 (east side of road).
( 3) Extend the existing Parking Mon-Sat 8am-6pm Permit holders or Pay at machine Display Ticket on
(a) Margery Lane extending 4.5 mtrs south of the end of the existing restriction (Zone J);
(b) Neville Streetextending 15 metres north ofthe endoftheexisting restriction (Zone O).

A copy of the draft Order & supporting documents may be inspected at Durham Clayport Library & County Hall, Durham during normal working hours and via the Council website.

Anyone wishing to object to the above 2 proposals should submit this in writing to highways.orders@durham.gov.uk or by post to Loraine Holding, Legal Assistant at County Hall, Durham (quote ref. 15625 for Leadgate notice or ref: 15473 for Durham City notice) by 12/10/17.
