LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I, ROBERT GRAHAM WILSON, have submitted an application for a Premises Licence in respect of BELLINGHAM GOLF CLUB, BOGGLE HOLE, BELLINGHAM, HEXHAM, NORTHUMBERLAND, NE48 2DT. THE PROPOSED APLICATION IS FOR: The premises comprise a clubhouse/restaurant/decking located at Boggle Hole, Bellingham. Bellingham Golf Club currently holds a Club Licence enabling members, members guests and golfing day visitors to purchase alcohol and food. It is anticipated that the majority of users of the facilities will continue to be members or guests of Bellingham Golf Club but the Premises Licence will enable non-members to use the premises principally for food. Alcohol purchases are expected to be ancillary to the catering provided. The proposed hours of opening are 08:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 24:00 Friday and Saturday. The hours scheduled represents a reduction in opening hours available compared to the Club Licence. A record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the address below and comments regarding this application must be made in writing and sent to:- Chief Executive, c/o The Licensing Section, Northumberland County Council, Stakeford Depot, East View, Stakeford, Northumberland, NE62 5TR not later than 18th March 2022. NOTE: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
