NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) PARISH OF BELLINGHAM PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 17 (TEMPORARY PUBLIC FOOTPATH CLOSURE)

ORDER 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council has made an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on Parish of Bellingham Public Footpath No 17 for the length outlined below, in the County of Northumberland. The length of Public Footpath No 17 which is affected is as follows:-Parish of Bellinaham Public Footpath No 17 From the footbridge at a point 75 metres north east of Hainingrigg, in a northerly direction, for a distance of 655 metres, to the end of the path below Hareshaw Linn waterfall. The Order is to be effective from the 28th February 2022 until 1st April 2022. There is no temporary alternative route available. The closure has been requested by Northumberland National Park, in the interests of public safety, to replace a footbridge. Dated this 24th day of February 2022.
