NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) PARISH OF HAYDON PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 36 (TEMPORARY PUBLIC FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use of Parish of Haydon Public Footpath No 36, in the County of Northumberland. The route is described as follows: From a point immediately north-east of the Anchor Hotel in a north easterly direction along the southern bank of the River South Tyne for a distance of 230 metres to a point 25 metres north-west of number 12 Martins Close.
There is an alternative route available using existing public highways over Martins Close and John Martin Street.
The Order is effective from the 5" April 2021 for a period of four months.

The closure has been requested by Esh Construction
on behalf of the Environment Agency in the interests
of public safety to facilitate urgent repairs to the river
embankment.
