(RUTTER STREET, LANGLEY MOOR) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

(RUTTER STREET, LANGLEY MOOR) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council on 18/9/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on approx 22m of Rutter St, Langley Moor adjacent to Flat 5, Langley Moor Lodge to enable NWL frame and cover repair works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to vehicular traffic locally via High St. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8.30 am on 1/10/2020 and are anticipated to be completed in 1 day. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
(SADDLER LANE, DURHAM CITY) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council on 18/9/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 4m of Saddler Ln, Durham City from the junction with Saddler St in a westerly direction to enable essential gas mains replacement works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, no diversion route is available for vehicular traffic. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on 28/9/2020 & are anticipated to be completed in 2 days. On occasions, alt dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Residential access will be maintained.
(C8B, BOURNMOOR) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council on 18/9/2020 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on approx 115m of the C8B Bournmoor from the junc of Moor Crt in a southerly direction to opposite the junc with Beaumaris/Eilesmere to enable carriageway resurfacing works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available for vehicular traffic from southern side of closure in a north westerly direction on the A1052 & then easterly on A183 Chester Rd to northern side of closure & vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are required between 7am & 7pm from 30/9/2020 & for the duration of the works anticipated to be 2 days. On occasions alt dates for closure may be necessary & these will be signed accordingly.
(HARTSIDE COTTAGES AND STAINDROP TERRACE, ANNFIELD PLAIN) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on Hartside Cottages: 114m of carriageway from number 24 in an easterly direction to number 34 then northerly to front of number 30; 122m of carriageway from number 1 in an easterly direction to number 12; 170m of carriageway from junction with Hamsterley Gdns in an easterly then southerly direction to adj to number 13 Hartside Cottages. Staindrop Tee: 60m of carriageway from junction with Hartside Cottages in a northerly then westerly direction to 5 Staindrop Tee to enable carriageway resurfacing works to be undertaken. Alternative route from western side of closure on Hamsterly Gdns in a southerly direction, then easterly on West Rd and northerly on Front St to eastern side of closure and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed phased works are to commence between 7.00am and 7.00pm on 12/10/20 and are anticipated to be completed in 4 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles on an emergency call.
(SHINCLDTFE, HIGH SHINCLIFFE & BOWBURN) (PARKING AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2014 (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2020

The Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2 & 4 and Pt IV of Sch. 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, the purpose of which will Introduce a No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on a. Both sides of Rosalind Franklin Way (residential access road) from the roundabout in a northerly for 875m b. Both sides (excluding the bus stop and Rosalind Franklin Way) on the remainder of Integra 61 site from the roundabout for in a northerly for 670m To introduce new restriction 'Restricted Waiting 8-9am, 3-4pm' on a. Eastern side of the junction from High Street into Heathways for 15m in an easterly direction from a point adjacent to Grange View. b. Western side of the junction from High Street for 53m in a north Westerly direction to a point adjacent to Oak Tree House c. Western side of Heathways from a point adjacent to No. 1 Heathways north westerly to the junction with Hill Meadows for 55m. All other restrictions in this locality will remain unchanged.
