NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make the above-named Order under Sections 81 to 84 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce an extension of the 30 miles per hour speed restriction on the following lengths of highway on West Road Ovingham in the County of Northumberland.
West Road (C254)
A point 6 metres east of its
junction access to Field House (grid ref: 407816 563459) to its junction with Burnside Close
This Order will revoke all previous Orders or sections of Orders detailing speed limits, specified on the streets as detailed in Schedule 1 of this Order.
Exemptions are included in the Order for police, fire and rescue, ambulance and special forces purposes.
