NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council Intend to make the above-named Order under Sections 82(2), 83(2) and 84(1) and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order, if made, will be to introduce a 30 miles per hour speed restriction on the following length of highway shown below in Carrshield in the County of Northumberland:-

junction with the
C291 Hartleycleugh junction to Limestone Brae House junction road for a distance of 600 metres in a southerly direction.
Exemptions are included in the Order for police, fire and rescue, ambulance and special forces purposes.
A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the area covered and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for Proposing to Make the Order may be examined at Hexham Information Centre, Beaumont Street, Hexham or by contacting the Programme and Production Team, Local Services Directorate, County Hall, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 2EF during normal office hours.
