NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) PARISH OF HAYDON PUBLIC FOOTPATHS NUMBERS 10 & 44 (TEMPORARY PUBLIC FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use of Parish of Haydon Public Footpaths Nos 10 & 44, in the County of Northumberland. The routes are described as follows: Public Footpath No 10 From a point on the southern side of the footbridge crossing the Harsondale Burn, 210 metres north-west of Staward Peel in a general southerly direction for a distance of 360 metres to a point 145 metres south-west of Staward Peel. There is an alternative route available from a point on the southern side of the footbridge crossing the Harsondale Burn, 210 metres north-west of Staward Peel in a general south-westerly and south-easterly direction on the eastern side of the River Allen for a distance of 660 metres to a point 145 metres south-west of Staward Peel. Public Footpath No 44 From a point on Public Footpath No 10, 110 metres south west of the footbridge crossing the Harsondale Burn, in a general south-easterly direction for a distance of 190 metres to a point immediately east of Staward Peel. There is an alternative route available using existing public rights of way and also from a point on Public Footpath No 44, 260 metres east of Staward Peel in a general south-easterly direction for a distance of 330 metres to a point on existing Public Footpath No 12, 530 metres south-east of Staward Peel. The Order is to be effective from the 15th July 2019 for a period of 3 months.
