Musicians from across the North-East will take to the stage at St Andrew’s Church at 7.30pm on Saturday, November 21, for a special performance of Handel’s Messiah .
Choirs Antiphon and Northern Praeclassica will be joined by an invited orchestra for the performance, which will be conducted by Glenn Davis.
Mr Davis is an experienced conductor who also works as a driver for the hospice, which provides vital support for people with life-limiting illnesses.
He said: “We are very much looking forward to coming to St Andrew’s Church and it will be nice to see people join us in supporting a very worthy cause.”
