TYNEDALE Colts responded to conceding three early tries with two of their own in a friendly match-up with Percy Park.
With nothing riding on the outcome of the game, Colts took the opportunity to field four U16 players at the higher level and they all impressed, three of them marking their debuts at U18. After Percy went 24 points clear with the three converted tries as they used the stiff wind to their advantage, Tynedale responded well and tries from James Sample and scrum half John Clarkson borught the scores closer.
