The Corbridge club will be the first Northumberland venue for this Sunday’s North of England Girls County U15 and U18 Festival, with teams coming from Cumbria, Durham, Lancashire, Yorkshire and the home county.
The U15 teams will play 13-a-side while the U18 squads will line up with 15 players each. The games will last 20 minutes.
The action will get under way at midday with both the main pitch and the club’s Raiders pitch to be used.
The competition is expected to end by 3.30pm, when the presentations will take place.
