With the support of Northumberland RFU's Oli Walker, a winger with Tynedale's first team, the Tynedale School Games saw 16 teams play four or five games per pool.
Allendale Primary School came out on top and will go forward to represent Tynedale in the Northumberland Schools Finals.
Bellingham Middle School provided some excellent sport leaders, and the schoolchildren helped to referee and score games, as well as teach the younger children the rules of the game.
