SOUTH Tynedale Pony club has raised £500 for in memory of Tynedale member Ben Wilson.
The Pony Club held a show jumping and cross country event followed by a barbecue in Horsley in aid of Useful Vision, the charity launched by Rebecca and Nick Wilson, in memory of their son Ben Wilson who died in April 2006.
The charity supports just over 70 visually impaired children and their families in the region, by organising events, giving grants and offering information support.
Emily Wilson, Ben’s sister, pictured, won the open class.
