Ponteland United Munich U12 were big winners over Longhoughton Rangers in the League Cup as Ben Kershaw scored two and Ryan Statham, Jay Jay Spratt, Joseph Nicholson and man of the match Sam Bullock one each.

Thomas Eden and Daniel Ward hit consolations, and David Neuman was star man, in Prudhoe YC Flames U12’s defeat to Heaton Hawks, while Stocksfield Eagles U12 were also eliminated as they went down by the odd goal in five at Kingston Park Rangers.

Ponteland United Vipers U13 bowed out of the Challenge Shield as they lost 3-1 to Red House Farm Falcons, Zac Smith netting and James Dodd being named star man.

A goal from Jack Muncer and man of the match display from Michael Watts just fell short for Hexham U16 as they lost 2-1 to Red House Farm Kites in League Two.

Meanwhile Jason Waters hit a consolation and Kieran Lee was man of the match for Prudhoe YC Yellows U16 in their 3-1 reverse to Forest Hall in League Three.
