A DISALLOWED goal in the opening 10 minutes started a frustrating afternoon for Ponteland United Reserves.

They were left feeling hard done by some refereeing decisions which went against them, contributing to them only getting a point in their 1-1 draw with Morpeth Town Seniors.

The early decision was just one of the many United disagreed with, and they feel it was two points dropped as Darren Parkes got their goal and Dan Brown was man of the match.

They were again frustrated when they lost 1-0 to West Jesmond in midweek.
