FOUR goals without reply saw Ponteland United Revolution U12 to all three points in the Beckham Division.

Abi Ely scored two and girl of the game Amber Mayers and Sophie Rainey got one apiece as they defeated Heaton Hawks 4-0.

Ponteland United Pride U12’s unbeaten run came to a halt thanks to a last minute goal by New Fordley, United going down 2-1 despite a goal from Bethany Hickman and a star display from Hanna Balding.

In a game which could have gone either way, Wylam Rockettes U12 lost to the only goal of the game to Swalwell Swifts in the Rooney Division with Molly Pigg impressing for Wylam.

While Annie Jones was solid in defence, Wylam Rockettes U13 lost 3-1 to table topping Blyth Town with Katy Cheesman hitting Wylam’s consolation.

A brace from Josie Cawood was not enough for Hexham U13 as they lost at home to West Allotment, with stand-in defender Hannah Johnson named girl of the game. Sophie Rogers scored a consolation and Emma Rankin was named girl of the game in Wylam Rockettes U16’s defeat to Newcastle East End, while Annie Spragg was Wylam Rockettes U14’s star player in their loss against Newcastle Benfield.

Meanwhile, Haltwhistle United U18 were unable to earn a point from their trip to Blyth Town with Charlotte Murray netting and goalkeeper Shauna Henderson named girl of the game.
