Man of the match Jake Scott, Vinnie Styles and TJ Robinson got their goals in the 3-1 victory, with Richie Richardson hitting Town’s reply in the Angels match-up.
A late winner from Harry Rankin secured a place in the Angels Cup semi-finals for Prudhoe YC Rockets U12 .
Prudhoe led Cleveland Hall 2-0 courtesy of goals from Morgan Lynch and David Histon, but it took the long range screamer from Harry to finish the tie after a spirited fightback from Cleveland.
Prudhoe YC Tigers U12 made progress too as two goals from Zak Campbell and one apiece from man of the match Andrew Bell and Sam Grayson saw them to a 4-0 win over Ryton.
Stripey Dan Cuthbert scored three and James Reay two as Prudhoe YC Rockets U15 inflicted a heavy defeat on Burnopfield in the Angels Division. Man of the match Kyle Bell and Ste Wilson also netted.
Jospeh Nicholson took the plaudits for Ponteland United Blacks U12 as the man of the match scored all of his side’s goals in the 4-4 draw with Gateshead Rutherford in the Bridges Cup.
Goals from man of the match Marvin N’Jie and Scott Keates just fell short for Prudhoe YC Rockets U13 as they went down 3-2 to Craghead.
Jack Swinburn hit a consolation and Bradley Powton was man of the match as Prudhoe YC Galaxy U1 3 were eliminated from the cup.
