Wylam Rockettes U12 just missed out in their League Cup final with Cramlington United, as they lost to the only goal.

A scrappy first half saw United lead through a fortunate goal, and it stayed that way despite the hard work of Katy Cheesman and the flair of girl of the game Josie Fenwick.

Wylam Rockettes U15 had to settle for second spot as they lost their winner takes all, title decider with Newcastle East End 3-1.

Going two down, Wylam came back into it with a goal from Maria Stamp but Rockettes were caught on the break as East End finished things off with a vital third.

Prudhoe YC Reds U14 finished their Pin Point League Six campaign with a 100 per cent record as they defeated Ashington 5-3.

Nathan's goals have left his father Gary, who coaches the team, out of pocket as he agreed to buy him the newest Iphone if the Reds won the league and his son reached 35 for the season!

In the Gateshead Youth League, Prudhoe YC Galaxy U12 turned on the style to defeat last season's champions Felling Whites 4-2.
