Continuing their improvement, they tied with both Harton and Westoe CW at the weekend and third placed Richmond Town on Wednesday evening.
They were denied what would have been the big scalp of Richmond when their guests equalised seven minutes into injury time.
It was a hard blow for the home side to take after an excellent performance, Sam Mannion and Derek Waters scoring the goals which looked like earning Prudhoe maximum points.
The display was much better than the flat one they put in against bottom club Harton, against a team which hadn’t won in the league for 12 games.
Harton went ahead but were pegged back when defender Kieran Russel levelled for Prudhoe.
Harton again forged clear but midfielder Derek Waters’ quick thinking earned Town a point, his quickly taken free kick catching their hosts out for 2-2.
Prudhoe return to action with a trip to Ashbrooke Belford House at the weekend.
