That question and more will be debated and answered at a special event in Hexham on Tuesday (FEB 13)
Hexham Association of Referees will host a seminar at the town's County Hotel, on Priestpopple, from 7.15pm.
The event is open to members of the association, as well as coaches and officials with an interest in local football.
The ever-changing rules of football will be discussed, as well as welfare and safeguarding matters.
