THE entire football programme in Tynedale was washed out on Saturday by the torrential rain which swept the district.

Remarkably, one game did survive on Sunday, with Bellingham’s Rose and Crown winning at Acomb.

With many grounds still waterlogged after continuing rain during the week, there are doubts over some of this weekend’s games too.

Prudhoe Town are due to travel to Hebburn tomorrow in the Northern League, while in the Alliance Premier Division, Wark entertain Heddon.

Stocksfield pout their 100 per cent record to the test at Seaton Burn in Division Two.
