CUP specialists Hexham Leazes are in the hunt for their fourth West Tyne Cricket League Cup triumph in a row.
But a Wylam side which overcame league leaders Haltwhistle in Wednesday‘s semi-final stand in their way in what should be the best final for years.
Getting under way at 4pm - or after the Division Two KO Cup between South Northumberland 1864 and Newcastle III - at Tynedale Cricket Club on Sunday, both teams will fancy their chances of lifting silverware.
Leazes have won it every year since 2012 so know how to turn it on for finals day, and they will challenge for league honours this year too.
Wylam, who are again launching their own title chase, haven’t lifted the cup for 10 years but could 2015 be the year they end their wait?
Full report of the game will feature in the Hexham Courant.
