Tynedale Harriers gained a top athlete when Liam Collins joined the club last year.
To go with his many accolades during his brief spell in these parts, he claimed two national titles with wins in both the 200m and 400m at the British Masters AF Championships, the perfect warm-up for the upcoming Euros.
