BIG names from North-East sport took to the fairways on Friday to raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance.
Former Newcastle United and England defender Steve Howey was joined by fellow ex-Magpie Mick Martin, at Prudhoe Golf Club.
They formed one half of a four-man team in the Rotary Club of Tynedale's annual charity golf day, alongside Sky Sports presenters Pete Graves and Keith Downie.
The tournament was well supported by local businesses, who entered more than 30 teams of four.
The event has raised more than £100,000 for the Great North Air Ambulance in its 27-year history.
