AS nieces of one the residents of Overstone Retirement Home, in Hexham, we wholeheartedly agree with Mr and Mrs Morris' comments (Courant Letters, September 16).
We also, are completely satisfied with the running and care provided by Fiona Robson and her staff.
Our aunt has been in Overstone for more than five years and we have never had any cause for concern or complaint.
Your article (Courant, September 9) shows no recognition of the care given at Overstone.
