Double delight

THE phrase that comes to mind is ‘double whammy’.
I wonder if that is only an Australian expression?
On a recent visit to Hexham we visited the Gallery Cafe and were delighted first, by the best cake I have ever tasted, plum and chocolate and then by Colin Moss’ stunning paintings of the Canal de Midi.
What a delight!
