DON’T forget the jumble sale at the community centre on Saturday, at 2pm.
If you have any jumble to donate, please leave it outside your gate, and it will be collected on Friday evening after 6pm
Alternatively, you can deliver it to the community centre on the morning of the sale.
Donations of good quality clothing and household items will be most welcome, but no old computers or large electrical items, please!
There will be refreshments at the jumble sale, so do come along, have a hunt for something interesting, and enjoy a cup of tea and a chat with friends.
BROOMLEY and Stocksfield Parish Council meets in the community centre on Monday at 7.30pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and there is always an opportunity to raise any issues during a public participation session at the start of each meeting.
LOOKING a little further ahead, as part of the 2016 Hexham Gathering, the Rachel Hamer Band will be performing in the community centre on Thursday, May 19, at 7.30pm, supported by the Stocksfield Stompers.
Tickets are available from the Queen’s Hall in Hexham, or you can pay on the door.
