PRUDHOE was illuminated for the festive season during the town's Christmas lights switch-on on Friday night.
Special guest appearances from superheroes Harley Quinn, Batman and Spiderman, drew the crowds.
Singing was provided by children from Prudhoe Castle and Mickley first schools, as well as Adderlane Academy.
