THREE people are due in court accused of damaging a reservoir in Horsley.
The three defendants have been charged with damaging the membrane of a drinking water reservoir at Horsley on Sunday, August 21 last year.
Sam Brown, Joe Fozard and a 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Newcastle Magistrates’ Court on Friday, June 9.
The damage caused had been estimated at the value of around £2,600.
However, the case has been adjourned in order to review the value of the damage.
Brown, (22) of Peth Head, Hexham, Fozard, (19) of Bolam White House Farm Cottage, Belsay, and the 15-year-old did not enter pleas.
They will return to magistrates’ court for a second hearing on June 23.
