Run by Vintage Inns, the pub has undergone a total refurbishment as well as taking on 14 new members of staff.
The Swan was shut to allow the interior work to go ahead, but on Monday, May 9, the pub opened its doors to showcase a bright new look.
The menu has also been given a makeover, with a stone-bake pizza oven now in place to offer hand-rolled pizzas made on-site every day.
General manager Hayley Wilson said: “Following the refurbishment, the pub looks incredible and has been given a new lease of life. Guests have been very complimentary about the new look and menu and we are thrilled with the feedback we have had.
“The team is excited to welcome more guests into the pub and we would encourage anyone who hasn’t been to The Swan to come and experience our great food and hospitality.”
The refurbishment was carried out as part of Mitchells and Butlers acquisition of 173 Orchid sites in 2014.
